Welcome!

You must be ready to grill up some chicken! We’re under construction but we will say that chicken is best slow cooked. Turn the grill down and keep the temperature low (in the 275 degree range) and slow cook the chicken for 35-45 minutes. Normally, we don’t even add the barbecue sauce or seasoning until the last 5-10 minutes of cooking. We usually add with a basting brush. Now, the times in this paragraph are just general guidelines. There are several tips for grilling chicken all over the internet. However, the long term purpose of this website is to get into detail about grilling chicken to include times, temperatures, recipes and pictures. We intend explore various methods of cooking chicken on the grill. Why is it more complicated than just throwing out a temperature and a time? Well, not all chicken is the same. Chicken legs have bones with naturally dissipate heat and it takes longer to fully cook the chicken around the bone. This is why the “slow cook” method is critical because you don’t want to overcook the outer meat while waiting for the meat around the bone to be fully cooked. With chicken breasts, there are various sizes. There is a difference between most chicken purchased in the super market and fresh organic free range chicken. Often times the chicken breast in the super market is thicker because the chickens have been fed constantly and given hormones to expedite growth. Furthermore, the supermarkets often insert broth or salt water into the breast to make it look full. We’re not telling you this information to pass judgment on the chicken in the supermarket. We’re just letting you know that it’s going to take longer to cook it! The thicker chicken full of broth (or water) is going to take longer to cook than the smaller chicken breasts that are vacuum packed. In any case, we’re dedicated to the safe and tasty preparation of chicken on the grill! Please let us know what you do when you grill your chicken! We love to hear from people!

5 Star Review
Recipe Secrets V1www.RecipeSecrets.net certainly proves that not all chicken is the same. I had no idea that there were so many chicken recipes out their. Sort of makes me think of the cows on the Chick-Fil-A sign saying “Eat More Chicken” which always makes me laugh. There are a lot of chicken recipes: For example, from Chili’s there’s the Margarita Chicken, Grilled Chicken Pasta, and Southwest Chicken Chili. From TGI Friday’s, there’s the Garlic Chicken and Bruschetta Chicken. They have recipes for Olive Garden’s Parmesan Chicken, Parmesan Crusted Chicken and Chicken Marsala. Maybe you’ll use your grilled chicken leftovers to make Chang’s Spicy Chicken or a bowl of Applebee’s Orange Chicken. We have a friend that uses her grilled chicken leftovers in all kinds of stir fries and other dishes.
